Company Overview

St. Paul Federal Credit Union is a full-service, not-for-profit financial institution, serving persons belonging to I.B.E.W. Locals 110 and 949, their family members and any person who lives, works, worships or attends school in the Cities of St. Paul or Minneapolis

Once a person becomes a member of St. Paul Federal Credit Union, they can remain a member of St. Paul Federal Credit Union, even if they leave the above stated field of membership. Once a member, always a member.

All members of St. Paul Federal Credit Union who maintain a $5 required share balance are owners of St. Paul Federal Credit Union. Our Member/Owners elect their Board of Directors from the Credit Union’s membership once a year at the Credit Union’s Annual Meeting of Members.

The Board of Directors has the general direction and control of the affairs of the Credit Union and is responsible for setting policy and goals for the Credit Union.

The President/CEO is hired by the Board of Directors to implement their policies and help achieve their goals.

The President/CEO hires staff to assist her/him in performing these duties.
